By accessing or using Card Manor Stradbroke, including entering the premises, participating in any poker activities, or dining at our restaurant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the venue constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and participants, including anyone accompanying a guest or attending a private gathering.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Card Manor Stradbroke is an adult-only venue. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the premises, participate in any poker activities, or dine at the restaurant. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required upon entry. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not meet the age requirement or who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.

Reservations and Bookings

Reservations for poker tables and restaurant dining can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our staff. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation without notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Poker Room Conduct

Card Manor Stradbroke is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests. While in the poker room, you must adhere to the following rules:

• Respect all players, staff, and the venue.
• Follow the instructions of the dealer and floor staff at all times.
• Use only the cards and equipment provided by the venue.
• No outside food or beverages in the poker room.
• No disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise or aggression.
• The venue reserves the right to remove any person who violates these rules.

Restaurant Dining

Our restaurant offers a curated dining experience to complement your visit. Dining is subject to availability and may require a separate reservation. We accommodate dietary restrictions where possible; please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated or disruptive.

• Dining reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups.
• Dietary requirements should be communicated in advance so our kitchen can prepare appropriately.
• Service may be refused for intoxication or disruptive behaviour.

Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Manor Stradbroke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the venue. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Card Manor Stradbroke and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your conduct at the venue.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian law. You are responsible for your own actions and any resulting damages, including loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
